Part One: Description
Carbon Black N110 is a rubber carbon black with the smallest particles, good reinforcement and good wear resistance. However, due to the influence of the processing properties of rubber, the mixing process consumes a lot of energy, is difficult to disperse, and difficult to roll. It can be mixed with carbon black n220 and ampere. Carbon Black N110 has the highest reinforcement and abrasion resistance. It should be evenly dispersed during stirring to avoid coking due to high temperature. It can be used with anti-scorching agent or other carbon black when necessary.
