Part one :The Production Technology

Ceramic Aggregates also called ceramic paticles. The main raw material is ceramics raw material. The size is of it is 0.5-1mm,1-2mm, 2-3mm, 3-4mm, 2-4mm, 3-5mm or as per the customers requirement. The production technology is that take the inorganic pigment and all kinds of sintering ceramic additive mixed and then use the press machine to extrude and shape. (Generally our press machine is under1000pa) and then crushed into different size particles as per requirement. And then sintering 180 minutes in a 1380℃ environment, when It finished ,will sieve again. The color are red, white,blue, green, yellow, grey, etc. or as per customers' requirement.

Part Three: Application

First Step: We should do the Oil removal, dust removal, rust removal, water removal etc., which makes sure the project construction plane is clean and flat.

Second Step: Mixing glue, we should mix the glue as per the glue instructions and then pave the glue on the construction plane. Then use the scraper to make the glue flat.

Third Step: Strewing the Ceramic aggregate on the surface of the glue, then make it flat.

Four Step: If you want do the 2nd Layer, Pls repeat the Second Step and Third Step.

Part Four: Cautions

(1) Pls attention that do not work in rainy day,Snow day.

(2) Pls do not add any diluent mixed with the glue, which will reduce the bonding strength
