It is well known that the shape of ceramic particles is the shape of small particles. When laying, a specific adhesive is needed to bond to form a road surface. Because of its use form, it is often used in the laying of ceramic particles. It may cause cracks due to improper laying, but how to solve this situation?
A.When laying ceramic particles, cracks will appear after the laying is completed due to improper laying. The main reason is that the water-cement ratio of the fabric is not properly controlled. Generally, the water-cement ratio of the fabric should be greater than or equal to the water-cement ratio of the base material, and it is better to not stick to the mold. When the water-cement ratio of the fabric is less than the water-cement ratio of the base material, the newly formed ceramic particles will produce irregular non-penetrating cracks during the transportation process.
B. The primer contains impurities. When the primer contains impurities with low density and high water absorption, such as stalactites, wood chips, etc., irregular radioactive cracks will occur during the curing of ceramic particles.
C.The pallet strength is low or the splicing seam is too large. The ceramic particles are formed on the pallet. When the pallet strength is low or the splicing seam is large, the pavement bricks will have regular penetrating cracks during transportation.
The cracks in the ceramic particle laying are mainly due to the problem of the material ratio. At the same time, pay attention to check whether there are impurities in the used particles. Once they are found to be screened in time, cracks of different areas will also appear.
