Problems One: The reason for the thick and long streaks on the marking surface: The paint flowing out during construction contains hard particles, such as burnt paint or stone particles.
Solution: Check the filter and remove all hard objects. Note: Avoid overheating and clean the road before construction.
Problems Two: The surface of the marking line contains small holes. The reason: the air expands between the road joints and then passes through the wet paint, and the wet cement moisture passes through the surface of the paint. The primer solvent evaporates. Passing through the wet paint, the moisture under the road expands and evaporates. This problem is more pronounced on new roads.
Solution: lower the paint temperature, let the cement road harden for a long time, then draw the marking, let the primer dry completely, and let the moisture completely evaporate to make the road dry. Note: If the temperature is too low during construction, the paint will fall off and lose its appearance. Do not apply immediately after rain. You should wait until the road surface is completely dry before applying.
Problems Three: Reasons for cracks on the marking surface: Excessive primer penetrates the wet paint, and the paint is too hard to cope with the flexibility of the soft asphalt pavement, and it is easy to appear at the edge of the marking.
Solution: Replace the paint, let the asphalt stabilize, and then mark the construction. Note: The temperature changes day and night in winter can easily cause this problem.
Problems Four: The reason for poor night reflection: Excessive primer penetrates the wet paint, and the paint is too hard to cope with the flexibility of the soft asphalt pavement, and it will easily appear at the edge of the marking.

Problems Five The reason for the depression of the marking surface: the viscosity of the paint is too thick, which causes the paint thickness to be uneven during construction.
